SPRINGFIELD, IL – Teachers’ Retirement System is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist the System in making prudent investment decisions in the private debt/credit portion of the TRS Global Income Portfolio.

The successful applicant will provide ongoing consulting services to TRS staff in the management of the $15.4 billion Global Income Portfolio. This firm will demonstrate successful experience in investment strategy, the structure of an Income Portfolio, research and sourcing of investment opportunities, the monitoring of commitments and results, as well as support for TRS administrative activities.

All proposals responding to the “Request for Proposals” for a private debt/credit consultant must be submitted via email to TRS by 2 p.m. C.S.T. on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
