The deadline for retired members to submit an address change to TRS for the 2025 1099-R mailing is coming soon. Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 is the deadline for mailed Change of Address forms. Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025 is the deadline for changing an address online in MyTRSIL. 

Address changes cannot be made over the phone.

For an immediate change without paperwork, it's preferred for retirees to update their address online in MyTRSIL. Login here: https://www.trsil.org/myTRSIL After logging in, select "Update" on the home address section from the main page.

A Change of Address form may also be completed by retired members. Please download the form here or call Member Services at (877) 927-5877 to request it. 

Completed forms can be returned to TRS by:

• document upload (follow instructions on bottom of form)
• fax at (217) 753-0964
• email to members@trsil.org or
• mail to P.O. Box 19253 Springfield, IL 62794-9253.
